The supply of all products by Sunnybuoy Pty Ltd are governed by these terms and conditions which incorporate Warranty, Returns and Faults, Privacy Policy and any other documents we refer to within these Terms & Conditions. In browsing, accessing, utilising any of our websites or affiliated social media platforms or making a purchase of our products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time in our sole discretion, with the amended Terms & Conditions thereafter being made available by us. Where you continue to browse, access or utilise any of our websites, affiliated social media platforms or make a purchase of our products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by any such amended Terms & Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Sunnybuoy Pty Ltd and apply to the exclusion of any prior terms published by us or any prior representations made.
Warranty
At Sunnybuoy Pty Ltd we offer a 12 month warranty from when you purchase your product. The warranty covers manufacturing faults which include, seams and stitching coming undone and/or elastic breaking.
The warranty does not cover misuse of the product which includes puncture holes in the PVC, mould from improper storage or seems coming apart due to hazardous activities including towing product. For optimal use and to avoid any issues, please consult the guidelines below on how to use your sunnybuoy effectively.
Guidelines on how to use your Sunnybuoy
1. Spread the Sunnybuoy out flat, locate the valve and unscrew the cap.
2. Press the centre of the valve to keep the air in.
3. Ensure the pump connection is secure by turning it to the lock position. It’s now ready to inflate to the pressure of 5-10 PSI.
4. Let the Sunnybuoy good times roll! Avoid towing the Sunnybuoy behind a boat and be cautious around oysters and sharp edges.
5. When you’re finished making waves with the Sunnybuoy, deflate it by pressing the valve to let the air out.
6. Fold the Sunnybuoy in on itself to release the remaining air and store it back in the carry bag in a dry place; ready for your next adventure!
Our sunnybuoys are NOT TO BE USED FOR TOWING BEHIND BOATS OR JETSKIS. All children need to be closely supervised by an adult when using this product as it is not a lifesaving device. Be cautious around oysters and sharp objects when using or transporting your Sunnybuoy.
Returns Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Sunnybuoy Pty Ltd for change of mind. However if your product is faulty within the 12 month warranty it will be replaced subject to investigation by the Sunnybuoy customer service team. If we deem the product to be faulty in line with our terms and conditions we will send another of the same product to you at no cost within Australia. Due to unforeseen duties and charges incurred at customs we are unable to send replacement products internationally. If you are a customer with a faulty product and reside internationally, we are able to offer you a full refund for your faulty product (excluding the shipping costs paid).

By tagging us as @sunnybuoy.au or #sunnybuoy in your photos on any social media platform, you grant us your permission to use the tagged content on our website, social media channels and/or in our emails.
Our Contract
When you place an order with us at Sunnybuoy Pty Ltd, you’ll receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we’ve received your order. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement and does not signify acceptance of your order. A contract for the purchase of goods will only be established once your payment has been approved and your credit or debit card has been charged. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering in a legally binding agreement with us. Additionally, you need to have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that we accept. If you’re under 18, any orders must be made by a parent or guardian on your behalf. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment method or card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

We take care to ensure that all advertised styles are in stock. However, there may be rare instances when a style unexpectedly runs out. In such cases, we will issue a refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If the item is expected to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we will make every effort to ship your order on the same day that the stock arrives. If there are any significant delays, we will reach out to you and, based on your preference, either offer an alternative product that is available, wait for the original product to come back in stock, or process a refund.
